Welcome to the Transfer Center!
Housed
within the Center for Advising and Career Development, the Transfer Center
serves as a central resource for transfer students; providing academic and
career advising, access to departmental and University resources, and transfer
student programming. Our trained advisors assist potential and current transfer
students with academic and career development concerns, provide tailored lists
of resources, and assist students in creating plans to graduate which
incorporate current and future transfer work.
Each
year, Washington State University welcomes over 1,300 new transfer students to
its Pullman Campus. You are considered a transfer student if you have enrolled
in a regionally accredited college or university after the summer following your
high-school graduation. Running Start students or students who have completed
college coursework while in high school are considered freshmen for admission
purposes.
For
more information, please read about Transfer
Planning and how to apply as a transfer student. To see if your
credits transfer, see the Transfer Course Equivalency website.
We
look forward to working with you!
